Collinwood is assisting our client, a well known and respected firm in seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. This is a contract opportunity that requires being onsite a few days, at the Indianapolis, IN location.
- Business process development and experience design; ability to develop L1 L5 process flows to enable process improvements
- User acceptance testing
- Lead client-facing interviews / meetings; ability to interface with clients aggregate / synthesize key pain points as an input to future state process flow development
- Salesforce platform
- Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Indianapolis, IN
- Public Sector Experience
