Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager
RPC is working and exclusive search for a Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager this role reports to the Plant Manager with some travel possible. Excellent opportunity with salary, bonus and strong benefits.
Daily Functions:
Lead and execute strategies to enhance quality and operational efficiency. Implement quality processes, identify improvements, and drive initiatives to meet internal and customer requirements. Serve as the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met. This position has 2 Direct Reports: Quality/Safety Analyst, and Process Engineer.
KPI:
- Manage customer complaints through root cause analysis and resolution.
- Drive initiatives to improve quality, cost, efficiency, and morale using data.
- Ensure product release conforms to customer specifications.
- Coordinate onboarding for new customers and suppliers.
- Manage site quality systems, including audits, SOPs, and non-conformance investigations.
- Perform root cause analysis for product failures.
- Work with suppliers on quality issues.
- Write technical documents and report quality metrics.
- Oversee the disposition of rejected materials.
- Maintain ISO9001 compliance and manage audits.
- Lead and manage the Process Engineer and Quality/Safety Analyst, promoting teamwork.
