We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead a crucial SAP SuccessFactors implementation project. This contract role, spanning approximately 5 months, requires a seasoned professional to manage the onboarding of 600 Canadian employees into our North American SuccessFactors instance, covering modules such as Employee Central and Compensation.

Location: Ramsey, NJ (Onsite a couple of days per week)
Duration: ~5 months
Responsibilities:
Oversee the successful integration and onboarding process.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data governance and adherence to project timelines.
Drive change management and ensure the project meets all defined objectives.
Requirements:
10+ years in Project Management, ideally within HRIS or HR technology.
Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation).
