We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to set 10-15 appointments daily for ur sales team to present our high quality products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling:
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize sales call appointment booking and resource allocation.
Customer Interaction:
- Sell our prospects and clients on the overview high level on our products and services
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry into crm as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients to schedule demos.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
