Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Psychiatric
Location: Aliquippa, PA
Schedule: Full-time, day shift 5:00am-2:00pm Mon.-Fri., every 3rd Saturday required. No on-call or holidays!
Pay:$28 per hour plus $3,500 sign-on bonus plus a full benefits package
The LPN’s duties to include but not be limited to:
-Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician.
-Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed.
-Giving/interpreting Mantoux Testing and completing blood draws.
-Assists in training staff in medical and health and safety matters as well as assisting in properly maintaining medical equipment.
-Educates clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification as well as side effects and provides education to clients on lab results and all medical matters.
-Other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
-PA State LPN licensure.
-Associates of Nursing degree required.
- Methadone dosing experience is a plus!
-New grad LPNs are welcome to apply!
