Job Description
We are a busy and quickly growing boutique civil litigation practice focusing on helping employees in the workplace. We have a team-oriented environment and are looking for an associate with at least 2 years of experience in employment litigation. The right candidate can handle a busy workload and wants to grow with our firm. As an associate attorney, you will work with other associates and support staff, all led by a senior attorney, in a structured fashion that allows for ideas, tactics, and developments to be shared and exchanged.
This is a salaried/exempt and full-time position. It requires someone who is a professional, takes pride in their work product, and is willing to put in the extra hours to see themselves, the firm, and the client benefit.
Compensation for the position is competitive for a plaintiffs' practice and will be decided on a case-by-case basis based on the candidate's experience.
Job Qualifications:
Education: CA Bar License
Experience: minimum of 2years of employment and/or class action litigation (excluding any experience in workers' compensation).
Bilingual (strongly preferred, but not required)
Skills:
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
Approachable and enthusiastic
Proficient in software programs such as Filevine, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel, or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position

While we prefer our associates to work from the office, hybrid situations are possible after a few weeks of orientation. In some instances, strongly-qualified candidates can work remotely after several weeks of orientation.
