Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot optical network issues.
- Monitor and maintain stable network operation.
- Lead network upgrade projects.
Required Skills
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting ISP/Optical/Wireless networks.
- Experience working in a Network Operations/NOC environment.
- Knowledge of Ciena, Juniper, or Calix (or similar).
