Akkodis is seeking a Oracle DBA for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite in a Week). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
- 10+ years as an Oracle DBA supporting large oracle environments in UNIX
- DBA experience in financial institutions a plus
- 5+ years supporting Oracle RAC on UNIX environments
- Experience with Oracle performance and tuning is a must.
- Experience with upgrading Oracle RAC 19c and Goldengate environments
- Experience with configuration Golden Gate with multi master setup
- Experience with Data Drift and handling multi master configuration
- Experience with building and supporting Oracle Data guard
- Experience with on-call pager duty
- Experience with shell scripting and Perl
- Experience with standard Oracle tools, OEM, Toad, SQL Developer
- Primary Skills Oracle/ performance and tuning/Golden Gate
- Primary Skill: Oracle DBA; Golden Gate; Performance tuning and Troubleshooting
Required Skills
- ¿Experience with Oracle 19c along with Oracle Goldengate. Oracle performance and tuning is required.
- Must have good communication skills and be a team player and willing to voluntarily reach out for work and proactively support the team's workload
- Experience with building and supporting Golden Gate
- Experience with building and supporting Oracle Data guard
- Experience with on-call pager duty
- Experience with shell scripting and Perl
- Experience with standard Oracle tools, OEM, Toad, SQL
- Efficient Communication
- Ability to solve complex production problems
