Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of tailored financial plans, investment strategies, and wealth management solutions.
- Monitoring and managing client portfolios, providing timely updates and ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Overseeing account opening, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive communication on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering detailed performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing client portfolios.
- Working closely with financial advisors, portfolio managers, and other team members to deliver seamless and integrated wealth management services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a client service role within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial planning tools.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for delivering superior client service.
