We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our Revenue Operations team in streamlining our sales processes, leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer relationship management, and help improve operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations at a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management:
- Maintain and update CRM system with accuracy and completeness while preserving the integrity of our data and processes
- Create, track, and process renewals, customer data changes, and order documentation
Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales documentation and customer data changes
- Read and listen carefully to understand requests for action from internal and external customers; react positively and respond promptly while fully resolving requests
Process Improvement:
- Support the implementation and optimization of sales processes and workflows
- Assist in the documentation and training of new processes and tools
Technology and Tools:
- Support integration and management of sales and marketing tools
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RevOps systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, business analysis, or a related role such as administrative or sales assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

- A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
