Our client, a growing family office in the asset management space, is a seeking an Executive Assistant to their Founder. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with intelligent and motivated individuals, and offers the opportunity for growth.
***Qualified candidates MUST be coming directly from supporting a c-level or founder of an investment family office***
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare materials for meetings and handle communications.
- Assist with financial and investment-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage office operations.
- Provide personal support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives in the asset management space.
- Knowledge or experience in the legal/compliance space is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $120,000 - 150,000
