Our client north of Boston is looking to add a Maintenance Mechanic to their growing team! Candidates that are suited for this opportunity should have at least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic where you have worked on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Candidates should also have experience with repairing PLC and CNC machines. Candidates will be eligible for overtime and should be comfortable working flexible hours due to unexpected failures or project timelines. Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing instruments
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and written instructions
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machine components, including hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems
- Execute preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
- Keep detailed records of projects, including machine assembly, startup, and installation
- Attend daily meetings to prioritize and review the work schedule
- Collaborate effectively with all departments and personnel
- Exhibit self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Engage positively with colleagues and customers, even in challenging situations
- Contribute to team and company improvement by identifying and communicating opportunities for project enhancements
- Adhere to company processes and procedures to meet ISO and AS9100 standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following basic shop housekeeping rules
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
- Comply with all company safety practices and regulations
- Execute all assigned tasks and activities responsibly

Salary: $72,800.00 - $83,200.00 yearly
