Job Description
• Experience with project management, solutioning and delivery.
• Skilled at project planning and management including advising on workshop facilitation, deliverables, application configuration, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practices.
• Bring exposure and familiarity with the complex ERP experience and deep competences in Oracle solutions, tools, and capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Be able to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle ERP cloud HCM payroll solutions.
• Understand Oracle offerings (including, but not limited to HCM and Payroll) across Cloud and develop thought capital to continuously evolve.
• Solution opportunities to fit the requirements and needs of customers
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to scope, solution, propose, close and delivery complex HCM cloud engagements.
Core Skills & Insights
• Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud HCM Payroll and the various Oracle products and services.
• Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements.
• Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business)
• Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
• Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll.
• Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience.
• Strong verbal and written executive communication skills
