WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
This manager is responsible for managing, controlling and directing the material planning, inventory control, storage, shipping and receiving functions. This position will be strictly Materials focused while working with other departments to meet business needs.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with the purchasing, production and engineering departments to ensure adequate supply and efficient material movement.
- Provide for the development and maintenance of inventory control systems by tracking the status of purchase orders, inventory levels and production requirements.
- Review existing procedures for accuracy; recommend and implement improved procedures when necessary.
- Forecast plans for anticipated materials requirements.
- Review production schedules to ensure the availability of materials.
WHAT WE OFFER
This position is 100% onsite in the Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $98k-$122k + 10% bonus and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least eight years related experience.
- At least five years of leadership experience is preferred.
Top candidates will also have:
- Experience with ‘Lean’ material management.
- Expert knowledge in data analysis tools (Excel, Access).
- Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with other departments.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, team-oriented relationships with colleagues.
