What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Purpose: Plan, direct, and control all operational functions, ensuring top-notch performance and productivity.
- Drive Performance: Track fleet productivity, recommend improvements, and implement strategies for success.
- Engage & Support: Work closely with Fleet Managers, handle customer and business relations, and oversee the day-to-day needs of our drivers.
- Innovate & Improve: Continuously seek ways to enhance departmental quality and efficiency, and update company processes as needed.
- Manage & Mentor: Hire, train, and supervise a dedicated team, and ensure that all company and department goals are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years in a related role, preferably within the transportation industry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player who can handle multiple projects independently.
- Flexibility: Willing to travel occasionally and work outside of standard business hours as needed.
