My partner is ready to add on a 10+ year Project Architect/Project Manager to their growing studio. If you're looking for an opportunity where you can engage in all phases of the design process, this is the role for you!

This is not a contract position - this is a full time, permanent placement opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Architectural Design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that the designs meet client needs and regulatory standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project work plans, schedules, and deliverables
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project
Oversee and guide the work of Junior Architects and technical staff, ensuring that all team members are aligns with the project goals and timelines
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure that the project adheres to design specifications and quality standards
Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that the project stays within financial constraints

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of Architectural experience.
Experience in Healthcare or Higher Education design is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
Proficiency in REVIT
R.A. in the state of Georgia is preferred
Experience with Project, and Design Management
Bachelors/Masters in Architecture from a US Accredited University
