- Provide direct leadership and supervision to your Maintenance Technicians.
- Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
- Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
- Accountable for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
- Provide key input into the development of the department’s strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals.
- Convey leadership and constructive feedback to all your direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
- This role is part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
- 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
