Develop Operational Strategy:
Formulate and implement operational plans based on the company’s overall strategic
goals to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Set short-term and long-term operational objectives, ensuring alignment with the
company’s vision.
Oversee Daily Operations:
Supervise and manage the company's day-to-day operations, including production,
supply chain management, quality control, logistics, and customer service.
Ensure smooth operation across all facets of the business and resolve any operational
issues.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the operations team, set team goals, and provide guidance and
support.
Train and develop team members to enhance their overall performance and efficiency.
Resource Management:
Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring effective use of manpower,
materials, and finances.
Manage and control the operational budget, keeping costs within budget while
enhancing profitability.
Process Improvement and Innovation:

Expected Annual Base Salary Range:
$270,000 to $350,000 Actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors
including an individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and location. For positions outside
the U.S., please disregard the posted salary range as these positions will be treated as
separate compensation based on local market comparables.
Additional Compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or
benefits associated with the position filled.
