Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage staff through hiring, training, coaching, and evaluations, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and maintain work schedules, adjust staffing as needed, and handle payroll and attendance documentation.
- Prepare financial, inventory, and end-of-period reports, and manage food and beverage operations, including cost control and menu development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through surveys and evaluations, and conduct staff meetings and training.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, attend meetings for compliance, and participate in ongoing education.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with required availability on weekends and holidays.

Salary:
- $50,336-$80,496- based on work history/experience
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, preferably in Culinary, Hospitality, Business, or nutrition-related field or the equivalent of 10 years working experience in these fields.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience required, preferably in Food Service, Hospitality, or Healthcare.
Licenses/Certifications:
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager (SERVSAFE.M) certification preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, sanitation procedures, and communicable diseases.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations standards.
- Proficiency in food production and retail sales preferred.
- Strong planning, delegation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
