Ideal candidate will have 7 to 25 years experience in residential land acquisition in Northern California. This person will find ,analyze and perform due diligence on land deals for purchase. If this person also has some entitlement experience that is a plus but not a must. Client is currently pursuing land outside of the core Bay Area over to Sacramento and down into parts of the Central Valley. Our client has a long track record of success.
