Job Summary: The Application & Licensing Specialist will support the Application & Licensing Director in preparing, submitting, and navigating regulatory approvals for applications and licenses across various markets. The role also involves providing executive and administrative support, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to uphold values and mission.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct research and prepare materials for feasibility studies, letters of intent, RFPs, PACE provider applications, and state-required licensing applications.
- Research federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance in project documentation.
- Review technical documentation to meet submission requirements and assist in preparing submissions.
- Manage project timelines to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Communicate with federal and state agencies regarding project approvals and necessary steps.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to complete projects.
- Provide high-level administrative support and manage multiple calendars and schedules.
- Assist with special projects and complete documentation accurately and timely.
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of company procedures and team information.
- Follow policies, participate in Quality Improvement activities, and complete required training and health screenings.
- Communicate regularly with supervisor and team about workload and priorities.
- Exhibit flexibility and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in application or grant management, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to PACE programs preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
