We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Director to join a fast-growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturer for one of their sites in Mercer County, NJ. The incumbent will report to the Site Operations Head and be responsible for managing warehouse operations - including shipping, inventory, delivery and dispensing. Requirements
- Must have experience weighing and/or dispensing raw materials at a Pharmaceutical company.
- 15+ years of progressive experience, with 10+ years in leadership position.
- Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads, motivates, and guides a team of warehouse associates to provide seamless 24x7 support.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, reconciles any differences, and replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
- Schedules materials being transferred to and from the warehouse and transfers inventory to trucks for delivery according to schedule.
- Manages, oversees, and ensures safe storage and handling of prescription drugs including hazardous drugs and controlled substances.
- Oversees and monitors expenditures, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain budgetary control.
