Hiring: Director of Car Wash Maintenance
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/year + Bonus

Job Description:
The Director of Car Wash Maintenance is responsible for managing maintenance schedules, conducting routine regular equipment inspections and repairs to support providing the very best car wash experience for guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the car wash industry as an operational leader
- Mechanical aptitude and car wash industry knowledge
- Advanced understanding of car wash equipment, its order of operations and maintenance/upkeep best practices
- Cross trained in wash equipment troubleshooting and general repair
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong written skills with experience creating training documents
