Experienced Family Medicine APP - Permanent Position

Provider must have a minimum of 2 years in outpatient primary care
Best suited for outdoor enthusiast who prefers a quiet, friendly, close-knit community where you can see the stars, hear the birds, and breathe fresh clean air!
Rural health clinic experience preferred
Able to work autonomously
Must be Board Certified
Must be able to be credentialed
Direct patient care time will be split between acute care and established patient panel
Replacement for provider that is retiring
Visa Sponsorship Offered

Primary Care:

Pediatric through Geriatric
High elderly population
Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
18-24 patients per day
36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant

Benefits and Comp:

$120,000 - $130,000 USD
