Board Certified in Radiology required
Active Ohio license required
BLS & ACLS certification required
15 cases per day; hospital setting, adult/child/geriatric
On-site Fluoroscopy coverage, CT, US
Interventional procedures: hysterosalpingogram, lumbar puncture, sentinal node injection, myelogram
EMR: Epic
