HR US Reporting & Systems Lead
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus

Role Overview
The HR US Reporting & Systems Lead will be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of core HR systems, with a focus on Workday, while ensuring excellent customer service. This hybrid role involves resolving system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting system users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for HR system users, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation ticket
- Lead US HR reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR system processes and data flows, assisting with the integration of new systems.
- Design and deliver training for HR applications and systems to HR users.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR information quality and data accuracy.
- Support HR system updates and bi-annual Workday releases, coordinating with business and technical teams.
- Supervise and mentor a Data Coordinator, providing guidance on reporting and data management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong data analysis skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR role with knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience implementing or supporting cloud-based HR systems.
- Experience in professional services or the legal sector is preferred.
