Responsibilities of the COD Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately and promptly evaluating potential moving customers and providing quotes for the range of moving services the company provides.
- Giving new and existing customers moving service quotes that adhere to the business's pricing policy.
- Seeking to establish professional connections with professionals in the moving sector to advertise the company's home relocation and moving services.
- Keeping in touch with potential customers in an effort to turn purchase orders and quote enquiries into sales.
- Acting as a customer's point of contact for assistance with moving and relocation needs, as well as promptly responding to questions and complaints about the procedure.
- In addition, additional ad hoc duties ought to be anticipated when needed.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the moving and relocation sectors.
- Self-assurance in turning enquiries and quotes into sales.
