We are looking for a Systems Administrator who will support the integrity and functionality of our client’s operating system environment and various computer systems. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, optimizing, and securing IT systems while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful individual will work collaboratively across teams to contribute proactively to the company's strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance & Reliability: Administer, configure, and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal uptime, performance, and security.
- Software & System Updates: Schedule, install, and test system software upgrades, ensuring all systems are current and running efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and provide proactive solutions to prevent system downtime.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user support.
- Licensing & Compliance: Monitor and maintain software licensing and maintenance agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional technical support to internal end users, helping to foster a customer-centric culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent certifications, training, and professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT work experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Experience with telecommunications platforms, including VoIP, Skype for Business, and unified communication solutions.
- Expertise in backup administration and data recovery processes.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for systems management and support.
