JOHNLEONARD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Intellectual Property Docketing Administrator to join our client's welcoming and friendly team. This full-time intellectual property position is based in Boston and offers a salary of $80K-$95K and excellent benefits, including the opportunity to work remotely two days per week.
As a dedicated Docketing Administrator, you will manage US Patent and Trademark docketing and US and foreign patent annuities. In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Process new U.S. and foreign applications into docket management system
- Handle all incoming electronic and paper mail, faxes, and courier packages and docket any necessary deadlines
- Manage Docket Box and coordinate workload
- Create docket reports for attorneys and staff
To apply for this Docketing Administrator job, you will need 3+ years of IP docketing experience. You will also require the following:
- Experience with docketing software and data entry
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and ownership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of attorneys and staff throughout the firm
- Ability to work occasional overtime
