Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction of custom luxury homes valued at $10M and above from start to finish.
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure their vision is flawlessly executed.
- Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and budgets, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely project completion while addressing any challenges that arise.
- Conduct detailed inspections and enforce meticulous quality control measures throughout the build.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing the construction of luxury custom homes valued at $7M+.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing subcontractors and on-site teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest standards of quality.
