3Z Brands has an exciting opportunity for a skilled NetSuite Developer with experience in SuiteScript development and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform, leveraging SuiteScript. Additionally, you will assist with managing EDI integrations with our trading partners to ensure seamless data exchange and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
SuiteScript Development:
Design, develop, and deploy custom SuiteScript solutions to enhance the functionality of NetSuite.
Create and maintain SuiteScripts for client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, restlets, portlets, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing SuiteScripts to improve performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure all SuiteScript developments adhere to NetSuite best practices and coding standards.
EDI Integrations:
Develop and manage EDI integrations to facilitate the exchange of business documents between NetSuite and external trading partners.
Work with third-party EDI providers to map and implement EDI transactions such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor EDI transactions and address any errors or exceptions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI processes and configurations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in NetSuite development with strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.1.
Experience with EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and EDI mapping tools.
Solid understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, data structures, and customization techniques.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs).
Experience with NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Celigo) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes related to EDI transactions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
