CereCore is seeking a Technical Analyst (Desktop Support Specialist) to join our team in Panama City, FL. This position will be responsible for a large memory upgrade project. You will be responsible for upgrading the memory on PC's across 5 main hospitals as well as free standing emergency rooms in our Gulf Coast region. This role requires travel to facilities that can be as far as 2 hours away. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Responsibilities The Technical Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
- RequirementsMay require an associate's degree in a related area and/or 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
