Role: Test Automation Architect
Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)
W2 position
Job Description-
Looking for a dynamic Test Architect, who can work closely with clients, develop automation frameworks, coordinate with offshore teams, and assist in resolving any issue that may arise.
Skills- Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, SoapUI, Groovy, Postman git and ADO.
Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, engaging daily to understand testing needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and articulate technical solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in developing automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies. Proficient in scripting languages like Java, or JavaScript.
- Offshore Team Collaboration: Work closely with offshore teams to oversee automation efforts, provide mentorship, and troubleshoot issues that arise with automation frameworks.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex challenges related to automation tools, frameworks, and test scripts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Best Practices Implementation: Define and enforce best practices for automation testing, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all projects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the testing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation frameworks, processes, and test results. Generate insightful reports for stakeholders as required.
