We are looking for a Law Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-respected Law Firm in San Francisco. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with attorneys and team members while supervising, recruiting, and hiring practice and operations support staff.
This position will also be responsible for conducting annual performance reviews, preparing salary analyses for the merit review process, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all local functions and services in support of attorneys.
- Manage facility maintenance and daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise practice and operations support staff.
- Plan and coordinate office events and functions.
- Manage accounting and budgeting tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage the salary analysis process.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Law) is preferred.
- Substantial and relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certification in CLM, SHRM-CP, SCP, or PHR is preferred but not required.
Computer/Software Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is required.
- Experience with NetDocuments is preferred.
