Business Operations Associate will work alongside the leadership team to maximize data-driven decision-making. The Business Operations Associate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the company's processes and operational workflows by participating in process improvement programs and interacting with key partners to obtain actionable feedback and follow appropriate channels to prioritize items that will move the organization to enhance operational excellence and growth.
Business Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Work with COO to develop standardized production, quality, and customer-delivery standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Oversee and implement efficiencies in day-to-day workflows, allowing for maximized performance and client service delivery.
- Lead efforts in reporting: structure, pull, analyze, and communicate reports to all levels of the organization
- Lead automation platforms, including Bullhorn Automation and Power Automate (training and guidance will be provided)
- Implement PowerBI within or outside of Bullhorn
- RingCentral Rework and automated reporting
- Accounting simplification with reporting and integrating Excel and automated reporting
- STEMHUNTER updates and understanding of backend and reporting
- Implement digital marketing spend and optimization strategy utilizing Google Ads
- Updates to Hunter website, learn essential WordPress
- Updates to various social platforms and backends of websites for SEO
- Automate and investigate onboarding, work on simplification, and create workflows.
- Discover tools or software that can help or create using other known software.
- They continuously research software for various departments, make recommendations, implement, maintain, and improve it.
Business Operations Associate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management, or a related field
Master's degree in business administration (preferred)
2+ years of relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Extreme focus and proven track record of working in high-performing teams
Ability to work with ambiguity and determine structure/standards
