About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in designing and implementing cutting-edge BI solutions, with deep expertise in ETL processes, BI tools, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Customer Data Platforms. As the Head of BI/DA, you will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy and ensuring that our infrastructure supports data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on involvement, focusing on optimizing and managing the entire BI and data analytics landscape. You will be the sole owner and individual contributor responsible for all BI and Data Analytics initiatives, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a small but rapidly growing company. There is no team to manage, so you'll be fully autonomous in this pivotal role!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in BI architecture, data warehousing, and data analytics.
- Extensive experience with ETL processes, data integration, and managing large-scale data environments.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Lightdash, or similar.
- Strong experience with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and data lakes (AWS S3).
- Expert knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., FiveTran, DBT, Coalesce) and processes.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularlywith its Financial Management, Order to Cash (OTC), Procurement to Pay (P2P), Inventory and Supply Chain Management, and CRM modules.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Amplitude or Rudderstack is a huge plus.
- Experience leading and architecting 2 or more Data Analytics Platforms.
- Experience with modern CRM solutions in Sales and Service, Zendesk, and Shopify.
