A highly regarded, multi-office, national defense law firm is urgently seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its rapidly expanding, Dallas office.
Responsibilities:
- Medical records analysis
- Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, discovery, discovery responses, and motions for summary judgement
- Regularly attend court appearances
- Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years' experience in Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation
- Admitted to practice in the State of Texas and in good standing
- Experienced with medical record analysis
- Excellent legal research abilities, written and oral communication skills
