Integration Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence in software solutions, specifically utilizing Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. This role is a hybrid model in Westminister, Colorado.
Integration Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handle production support tickets by coordinating effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Read and interpret high-level product descriptions or requirement documents and propose innovative, reusable software designs at the module level.
- Develop structured code according to coding guidelines, prepare and execute detailed test cases, and develop test codes or test harnesses.
- Identify and resolve code issues and bugs through meticulous back-tracing and debugging.
- Document all work processes, software designs, codes, and generate comprehensive test reports.
- Plan and organize assignments with minimal to moderate supervision, ensuring timely delivery of project components.
- Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold software development best practices.
- Ensure smooth project execution by fostering teamwork and coordinating with peers.
- Remain up-to-date with technological and market evolutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as required by management to meet team and project goals.
Integration Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and API management.
- Solid hands-on programming experience with Anypoint Mulesoft.
- Proven ability to understand and implement RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Excellent analytical, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in code reviews and best practice implementation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and understand integration requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Preferred:
- AWS Cloud knowledge.
- Python programming experience.
- Previous experience in a tier-1 organization for a minimum of 5 years.
