Adams & Martin Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and enhance the marketing efforts for one of our clients, a large, CA based law firm with multiple locations throughout the state. This role reports to the Marketing Director, you'll oversee marketing strategies, work with attorneys and the marketing team, and manage various marketing initiatives to achieve our objectives.
This role is onsite. Candidates must be able to work full-time and commute into the office located near Long Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with Practice Group Leaders and attorneys.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, social media, and events.
- Plan and execute marketing programs to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, tracking performance and refining strategies.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing tactics and enhance positioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and practice groups for campaign insights.
- Utilize marketing tools and analytics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Provide data-driven reports to guide continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative and organized, with experience managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
