1. Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead a project to move Medical Quality complaints handling from
Salesforce (SFDC) to the Track Wise software application for the Medical Management Solutions (MMS)
Dispensing business unit. The Senior Project Manager drives the delivery of the project through
advanced project management techniques and methodologies, aligned with Project Management
Institute (PMI) best practices. The Project Manager may have responsibility to lead/coach/mentor other
team members, functional leaders, and vendors where necessary to help drive project outcomes.
2. Key Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities
7 – 10 years senior project management experience using PMI guidelines.
Partners with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business case.
Takes ownership for delivering project objectives and deliverables. Drives project execution to meet project schedule, cost and quality requirements.
Establishes project governance structures and defines processes for reporting, review, and approval of project objectives and deliverables.
Liaise between the IT, cross-functional business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects with technology and business process components.
Experience with executive-level communications, written & oral.
Proficient in using Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project).
Experience managing projects that involve software applications such as TrackWise, SFDC, and MuleSoft, multiple system integrations, and the implications associated with their respective release cycles and schedule constraints.
Familiarity with working in a regulated environment (GxP), including ensuring audit preparation/documentation is completed and compliant.
Experience managing projects that include IT software development activities that follow the traditional Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, UAT, deployment activities).

Has technical and practical knowledge of core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning)
Demonstrated experience managing/leading projects from initiation through closure.
Skilled in establishing detailed definition of scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project management processes, tools, and templates (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.).
Experienced in establishing various Management Plans for key Knowledge Areas: Schedule, Scope, Resource, Finance/Budget, Stakeholder, Risk/Issue, etc.
Experienced in establishing and ensuring adherence to governance/controls for project change control, and project status/progress reporting.
Proactive in identifying and collaboratively addressing risks and issues. Ability to engage Project Team and stakeholder community/sponsorship to address risks and issues in a timely manner.
