Our client is currently seeking a Director of Materials Management to join a leading Pharma company based in Houston, TX. The Director of Materials Management will play a pivotal role with driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain and material management.
This is an on-site position based in Houston TX. Relocation assistance can be provided.
Day to day you will:
- Ensures there are no raw material outages
- Responsible owner in the ERP implementation for the supply chain modules.
- Responsible for the effectiveness of the weekly/monthly S&OP process
- Serves as a tactical partner to other business leaders
You should apply if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in an operations environment (planning, warehousing, and distribution functions)
- Minimum of 5 years of previous leadership experience in managing S&OP in a manufacturing environment (preferably Pharmaceutical)
- Experience in implementing a cloud-based ERP such as Oracle Fusion or similar systems,
- Experience in high growth companies
