Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex commercial construction projects, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and client communication, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with experience in Industrial, Municipal, Office, Entertainment, or Leisure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
