My client, a leading Private Equity firm in Providence, RI, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in the firm's operations and executive support.

Hours: 8:30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage complex and ever-changing schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
- Support the executive team with special projects, research, and any additional tasks as needed.
- Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Professional Services (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Consulting, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated experience managing confidential information with discretion and tact.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
