-Disputes requiring urgent relief to enforce restrictive covenants, protect confidential information, and other assets.
-Financial services disputes, particularly for in-house legal teams of insurers, wealth managers, and advice networks.
The ideal candidate:
-2+ Years of relevant experience or interest in our practice areas.
-Enthusiastic about working across diverse practice areas and sectors, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
-Strong academic background at undergraduate and JD level.
