POSITION PURPOSE:
The Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Engineer is responsible for management of the Mechanical Integrity (MI), Preventative Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs for Manufacturing and maintenance engineering support for sites in the local area.
This involves collecting and analyzing process equipment data to extend equipment life.
Performs failure analysis on process equipment to determine corrective actions to prevent failures and extend equipment life.
Works with project engineering during all phases of capital projects to ensure equipment reliability and maintenance considerations are incorporated and serves as the maintenance representative on select projects.
KEY COMPETENCIES: REQUIRED:
- Minimum of a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Demonstrated field experience in analyzing and determining needed corrective action in maintenance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PSM Elements and experience developing, implementing, and maintaining MI and PM programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ASME code for vessels and piping.
- Familiarity with electrical, piping, mechanical, RAGAGEP, NFPA, ISA standards.
