Insight Global is looking for an insurance coordinator to join one of our large entrance systems companies. On a day-to-day basis, this insurance coordinator will:
- receive customer requests for a COI (certificate of insurance)
- choose which of the 2 broker folders the COI would be in
- search within Adobe Pro for the COI and pull it to provide to the customer
- search within Excel for necessary information correlating to the COI at hand
- if there is no COI but there is an existing contract, they will be contacting the customer to obtain the necessary information to create one
- provide continuous communication across all parties
Must Haves:
- excel experience (no formulas or pivot tables necessary; they will be searching, adding, and deleting data)
- experience searching for information in databases / portals
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- excellent written and verbal communication in a high-intensity environment
