- Lead Surgical Services: Oversee Urology, General Surgery, OB/Gynecology, and soon Uro/Gyn surgeons.
- Optimize Operations: Enhance patient handoffs and streamline OR operations.
- Tech Integration: Manage the implementation of the new DaVinci robot, launching early next year.
- Team Development: Build and support a top-tier surgical team.

- Experience: Significant background in managing surgical services or similar clinical settings.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
