We are seeking a Compliance Analyst with light experience who wants to take their career to the next level. In this position, you will be working closely with the CCO and be responsible for the following:
- Assist with research, analysis and implementation of updated compliance policies and procedures based on existing and new changes in regulations.
- Evaluate and test internal operational and procedural compliance.
- Assist with creation, review and updates of the firm’s compliance certification system.
- Assist and follow up with training employees on industry compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Finance, Business, Economics, Compliance etc.)
- Proficient with MS Excel and being able to create spreadsheets
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to be able to grasp trainings effectively and eagerness to grow
