Currently we are seeking a Jr. Copywriter to join our Creative Team.
Utilizing their wordsmithing skills as a member of the Creative Team to support the US and Global Brands, Trade Marketing, and Product teams, the Jr. Copywriter will create premium content in a voice unique to Nuna to present a wide range of brand information to retail customers and direct consumers.
As part of the Creative team, our forward-thinking, human-centered, analytics-informed copy solutions will match that of Nuna’s leading-edge baby products and create cohesive, premium, omnichannel experiences across all brand needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Compose
- Premium copy for omni-channel marketing, brand, sales, and consumer service needs, including but not limited to, organic social media, digital advertising, website content, catalogues, print marketing, video scripts, captions, blog stories and more.
- Ambitiously, with a command of Nuna’s unique brand voice, grammar, SEO optimization, and messaging hierarchy.
- And further your creativity skills to generate unique product names, tag lines, and product descriptions.
Translate
- Conceptual and strategic ideas into succinct copy solutions.
Ensure
- All copy accurately reflects product information across US and Global regions.
- The Nuna brand voice and copy standards are met across all projects.
Team & Collaboration
- Cultivate brand excellence and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
- Become a key contributor in continually striving for increased consistency across product features and callouts.
Other
- Meticulously organize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Keep up to date on best practices and advancements in tools and resources.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Nuna’s unique target audiences.
- Stay current with copy and content trends, inside and outside of competitive markets.
Learn to
- Appropriately adjust copy style per platform and audience while maintaining the Nuna voice.
- Understand and respond to testing metrics and performance data to define or adjust the direction of creative writing.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Knowledge & Education
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role or equivalent in internship experience.
- Experience writing across omnichannel touch points, including digital, print, in-store, email, social, consumer services, internal, etc.
- Experience working in a multi-region/global consumer industry preferred.
- Working understanding of how data, strategy, content, and design intersect.
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO and related strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing is preferred.
- Portfolio that represents a proven eye for successful grammar, writing, proofreading, copy editing, and editorial skills.

- Naturally inclined to self-motivate, take initiative, and work efficiently.
- Able to balance and appropriately prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with social media, content creation, content management, and project management platforms like Wrike is a plus.
- Ability to quickly acquire proficiency with new skills and technologies.
Other
- Employees who are in Non-Exempt positions must accurately complete, obtain approval by their manager and timely submit a timecard in the form provided by the Company, as it coincides the Company’s bi-weekly payroll schedule.
- Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant; may include nights and/or weekends
- Up to 5% travel possible as business needs warrant
