We are currently seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join their team in Boston MA.
We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in litigating civil matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct depositions and examinations under oath
- Render opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain a commitment to providing high-quality client service
- Identify and resolve problems promptly
- Ensure timely work completion and meet deadlines
- Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus Qualifications:
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections
Comp is up to $170k + bonuses.
